Mobile Personal Training:

My usual approach to Personal Training. Helping you reach your fitness goals , through support, guidance, tailored exercise and lifestyle advice and motivation. Just in your own environment, where you feel happy and relaxed. Knowing that you are with an experienced CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) registered professional (Level 4 Personal Training Diploma) with years of knowledge and experience and DBS checked.

Mobile Clinical Personal Training & Exercise Rehabilitation:

With a level 3 Diploma in Clinical Personal Training and an experienced Sports Therapist (Level 4). I can help you with your fitness needs even if you have health conditions or are recovering from injury or illness. I suffer from two rare and complex health conditions myself and have built the business up to prove what you can achieve and that illness need not be a barrier to your fitness or rehabilitation.

Mobile Yoga and Pilates:

I have often said many times that I believe out of everything I teach, I truly believe I see the greatest improvements in people holistically through Pilates. This amazing practice (if executed correctly and with regular practice) can improve posture, build strength, improve balance and coordination, reduce stress and anxiety, build strength and condition the muscles and give you core strength and stability. As Joseph Pilates himself said, ‘After 10 sessions you will feel the difference, after 20 sessions you will see the difference and after 30 sessions you will have a completely new body’.

Yoga has been a passion of mine for over 35 years. It can bring strength and flexibility to the body, calmness to the mind and an awareness of the breath.

Maybe you want to try Pilates or Yoga but feel intimidated about joining a class. Maybe you would prefer the one to one advice and support that cannot always be offered in a group environment. Get out of it what you want.

Chair-Based and Older Adult Fitness:

I have long specialised in fitness for older adults and chair based exercise. I created a Fit-For-Life blueprint that has been successful for many years. I still teach a varied programme for older adults online offering everything from circuit training, resistance work to chair based Yoga. I am also qualified in Simply SOSA and Chair Based SOSA offering dance fitness to older adults and awareness of fall prevention through dance.

Maybe you would like to get fit in older age or maybe you have a community group or care home and would like to have a small group class to help overall fitness, mobility, balance, strength, motor function and well being.

Private Group Classes:

Maybe there are a group of you (Up to 5 people) who would like your own private class designed for you. If you’ve got the venue, I can come to you. I have run many small private group classes successfully over the years (and continue to do so). It is a good way to keep a regular meeting with friends in a fun way and getting something different out of it each week! Fun, friendship and fitness. What a great combo.

Corporate Fitness and Wellbeing Services:

I offer all of my services to corporate clients who wish to help their staff with well being and work life balance. I offer corporate Yoga, Pilates and Fitness classes and diet and lifestyle groups. These often work well in lunch periods, helping staff avoid that mid-afternoon slump!

Public Speaking Bookings:

If you have a community group, WI or U3A group or similar and would like to have a talk on Fitness, My Story of fitness despite illness, Fitness in later life, chair based fitness or diet and lifestyle. I am available for bookings.
