Your Nutrition Consultation
It starts with a full one-to-one consultation and analysis where we take a detailed look at your current diet, lifestyle, and discuss goals and objectives for the plan.
Before or During your consultation, we will:
- Complete a full diet and lifestyle analysis
- Establish clear, realistic objectives
- Discuss food preferences, intolerances, and restrictions
- Review your lifestyle and how a nutrition plan can fit in with you
- Identify habits to improve performance, health, or body composition
After your consultation
- Once we’ve had the consultation, I can provide you with;
- A comprehensive suggested meal plan- Easy to follow and nutritionally balanced to help in your goals
- A suggested shopping list to make things easy for you
- I’m available to give practical tips for meal prep, eating out, and consistency
Olcote Nutrition Option
Level 1 – Nutrition Consultation and Basic Plan
£45 (one-off)
Includes:
- Full nutrition consultation
- Diet analysis and goal and objective setting
- Tailored 7 day meal plan
- Shopping list and implementation advice
Level 2 – Ongoing Nutrition Support
£40 per month (available after completing Level 1)
Includes:
- Monthly face-to-face or online reviews
- Meal plan refreshes
- Any adjustments needed
- Ongoing guidance, support, and motivation

I once had a difficult relationship with food myself so I can appreciate how hard this can be. I also have a very restrictive diet because of a complex medical condition and I maintain the right macro/micro nutrient balance despite this. I am not here to judge, but to help you understand how to make nutrition work for you and help you achieve your goals.

Amy’s Story
I started the Gym in June 2022 & I did my very first class which was Iain's SOSA class. I was very nervous to start with but Iain was really nice, accepting & talked us through all the steps before starting the routine. I loved every minute of it ! As my confidence grew,I started to try some more of his classes ; Yoga, Pilates, Core Conditioning Aerobics & Seated Sosa …and WOW! I haven't looked back since.

I wanted to start eating more healthy as my diet was non-existent with my busy lifestyle. As Iain is an experienced Personal Trainer, I went to him for advice and with my best friend, joined his Diet & Nutrition Club. I started this on the 22nd June 2023 and can't believe the results I have seen with the help and advice from Iain, he gives you tips to look out for when shopping and choosing food .My tummy hasn't been this flat for a long time.
